To determine the effective fuel surcharge, you can contact the Department of Energy Petroleum Administration and request the fuel price for the Central Atlantic Region. You can call 202-586-8800 or visit their website, www.eia.doe.gov. Every Monday at 4pm we will contact the Department of Energy to determine the fuel surcharge for the following day. We will implement the new fuel surcharge on pre-notes dated after midnight Monday through the following Monday at 11:59pm.
